Moshe Looks has a Ph.D. and M.S. from Washington University and a B.Sc. from Hebrew University (magna cum laude at age 19). He has been working in AI and AGI (artificial general intelligence) for seven years, and has published over twenty peer-reviewed papers in venues such as IJCAI (International Joint Conference on AI) and ICCS (International Conference of the Cognitive Science), on topics such as probabilistic approaches to learning programs, AGI architecture, and the intersection of AI and cognitive science. For his doctoral dissertation Moshe created MOSES (Meta-Optimizing Semantic Evolutionary Search). His Erdős number is four (Looks ↔ Zhang ↔ Olariu ↔ Kratsch ↔ Erdős).
Moshe currently works at Google Research.
